After a long rehab from a back injury and surgery, I started training with Prime Bodies. The very professional trainers took the time to understand the ongoing issues with the recovery and tailored the training to suit, even during group classes. The pain that had been lingering for 18months was completely gone within a month of starting and hasn't come back at all since. Their attention to detail, especially form and posture while strengthening the areas which previously caused the injury has been life changing.
The small group training sessions have been amazing, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

I couldn't walk without a limp let alone attempt to train legs in the gym... 20 months on thanks to Kev's persistence and training techniques i have just booked a ski holiday to Japan without being concerned about injuring myself (something i never thought i would do). Secondly, i put on 9.6kg of fat in Europe last year and thanks to Kev i lost that very quickly!!! I would highly recommend anyone looking to improve their fitness or recovering from injury to contact Kevin for training and advice.

 Kev is an incredibly passionate, caring and skilled trainer. He pushes me each week and has really helped me form a positive relationship with exercise and food.
